StrategEast hosts online panel on Digital Transformation in Eurasia

To keep discussing how the technology could lead to an overall transformation in Eurasia, StrategEast launches a series of online panels StrategEast Live.

Among the issues to be discussed on the panel are:

– In addition to increasing the effectiveness of contacts between a citizen and the state, does digital transformation lead to a change in the mentality of citizens? Or changes remain only at the level of efficiency?

– Does the digital transformation of Eurasian states have political consequences? Whose influence in the region – the West or maybe China – can increase as a result of digital transformation?

– How possible are universal international solutions to the issue of digitalization of the countries of Eurasia? Are states ready to adopt foreign solutions or transfer their own solutions to other countries?

– What decisions on digital transformation of public administration were most acute for us during the coronavirus epidemic and what solutions were managed to be created in emergency mode?

– What role do you give to artificial intelligence in the future of public administration? What

issues of public administration can we delegate to it and what issues will remain the prerogative of the human forever?

Leaders of the global IT industry, government officials and the NGO representatives will take part in the event.
