The program is aimed at early–stage startups/founders who want to develop the skills necessary to commercialize on a regional and, eventually, a global scale.
Overall, the program will help create a strong, globally-connected workforce and increase the likelihood of startups succeeding on a global scale.
Startup objectives:
– Strengthen the entrepreneurial mindset of founders
– Establish a growth mindset.
– Train them in core skills such as lean startup, customer development and pitching, and the “Silicon Valley way”.
– Facilitate early relationships with important contacts in Silicon Valley.
– Understand the fundraising process.
The Pre-Accelerator Mindset Program is a cohort program that is now delivered virtually, as a result of the Covid-19 crisis. The program includes the following elements:
1.Company Selection – Startups apply to participate
2.Think Big Boot Camp – intensive training on the Silicon Valley Mindset and 1:1 mentoring
3.Start Smart – Mentoring and access to customers, partners and investors in Silicon Valley
