US-based 500 Startups accelerator invests $150,000 in Ukrainian startup Newoldstamp
Ukrainian startup Newoldstamp made the cut to the well-known American accelerator 500 Startups, and became one of the 35 participants in the current program. Over 2,000 startups from 74 countries applied to the program this year, the startup team informed AIN.UA. The team raised $150k in investment for 6% in equity (it includes the cost of the program – $37k).
Newoldstamp was founded in 2015 by Vladimir Zastavny with an office in Lviv. He develops an online professional email signature generator. It helps create clickable HTML signatures using templates, and manage all of them from a single dashboard. The extended version of the service provides access to analytics, banner campaigns, etc.
- The startup team will spend four months training in San Francisco and will receive funding from the accelerator.
- 500 Startups exchanges $150,000 for a 6% equity stake in the startup.
- The startup plans to allocate these funds to the further development and team expansion.
- Lyold, FedEx, Vodafone, Starbucks, Nvidia, Nestle and other well-known companies are already using Newoldstamp signatures.
